Purpose

Post threads from the approved content queue, engage in relevant DePIN/Solana/robotaxi conversations, and build T420's Twitter presence systematically.

Dependencies

• chirp — Post tweets, threads, replies, likes, retweets

• post-queue — Queue and schedule posts with rate limiting

• grok-search — Find relevant conversations to engage with

• topic-monitor — Monitor keywords for engagement opportunities

Rate Limits

• Max 3 original posts per day (threads count as 1 post)

• Max 20 replies per day

• Max 50 likes per day

• Max 10 retweets per day

• Min 2 hours between original posts

• Min 15 minutes between replies

Daily Schedule

Morning (08:00 UTC)

Thread posting — Post the next thread from data/thread-queue.json

1. Check queue for next scheduled thread

2. Post thread via chirp (spaced 30 seconds between tweets)

3. Mark thread as posted in queue

4. Monitor first 2 hours of engagement — reply to every comment

Midday (12:00-14:00 UTC)

Conversation engagement — Find and reply to 5 relevant conversations

1. Search for conversations about: DePIN, Solana DePIN, robotaxi, autonomous vehicles, fleet management, RWA transport

2. Filter for posts with 10+ likes (worth engaging with)

3. Reply with substantive, value-add comments

4. Subtly reference T420 thesis when natural (not every reply)

Afternoon (16:00-17:00 UTC)

Engagement session — Like and retweet aligned content

1. Like posts from: DePIN builders, Solana ecosystem, robotaxi/AV news

2. Retweet 2-3 highly relevant posts with brief comment

3. Reply to any new comments on T420 content

Evening (18:00 UTC)

Optional second post — Quick engagement tweet or building update

Thread posting rules:

• Post between 08:00-10:00 UTC (US morning) or 14:00-16:00 UTC (US afternoon)

• Always end threads with CTA linking to learn.t420.io or portal.t420.io

• Include "NFA/DYOR" on any thread mentioning token price

• Pin the thread for 24 hours minimum

2. Engagement Replies

Reply to conversations in these categories:

DePIN discussions:

The transport coordination layer is the obvious next DePIN vertical.
Compute and wireless are being addressed — but $80B in fleet
maintenance infrastructure is still centralized. That's the gap.

Robotaxi/Tesla news:

This is why the coordination infrastructure question matters. When
millions of AVs need service, who coordinates the tire shops, charging
networks, and emergency maintenance? That layer can be decentralized.

Solana ecosystem discussions:

Solana's speed and cost structure make it uniquely suited for physical
infrastructure coordination. Sub-second finality + $0.00025 fees =
practical for real-world daily operations, not just DeFi.

General crypto alpha/research:

One thesis I keep coming back to: DePIN for transport is wildly
underexplored. Everyone's focused on compute and wireless. The
physical mobility coordination layer is a $1T+ opportunity.

Reply rules:

• Be genuinely helpful — add data, perspective, or questions

• Only mention T420 by name in ~30% of replies (rest is pure value-add)

• When mentioning T420, do it naturally: "we're working on this at T420" not "CHECK OUT T420"

• Never reply to obvious bots, scams, or low-quality threads

• Match the tone of the conversation

3. Quick Engagement Tweets (Between Threads)

Short standalone tweets for variety:

Hot take: The "robotaxi wars" won't be won by vehicle manufacturers.
They'll be won by whoever owns the service infrastructure.

• Draft new threads based on what's performing well

Abort Conditions

• Account restricted → STOP all posting, alert Zane

• Engagement rate drops below 0.5% for 7 consecutive days → pause, analyze, adjust

• Negative sentiment spike → pause promotional content, switch to value-only

• Thread queue empty → post engagement tweets only, flag for Zane
