Engagement Strategy

Week 1: Establish Presence (Don't Promote Yet)

Days 1-3: Listen and Learn

Days 4-7: Start Contributing

Week 2: Natural Introduction

Only after you're recognized as a contributor:

When someone asks about DePIN projects:

"Been following T420 — they're doing DePIN for transport coordination. FleetOS (their platform) is already in beta. Different angle than compute/wireless DePIN. learn.t420.io if curious"

When robotaxi/Tesla news comes up:

"Interesting timing — there's a project building coordination infrastructure for when robotaxis scale. T420 on Solana. Still early but the thesis makes sense."

When someone asks for new projects to research:

"Check out T420 — DePIN for robotaxi infrastructure. Working product, founder with fleet ops experience. DYOR but I found it interesting."

Introduction (After Being Asked)

If Someone Shows Interest

Handling Skepticism

Do's and Don'ts

DO:

  • ✅ Contribute value before promoting

  • ✅ Answer questions honestly (including "I don't know")

  • ✅ Acknowledge risks and early stage status

  • ✅ Share only when relevant to conversation

  • ✅ Use "DYOR" and "not financial advice"

  • ✅ Be patient — relationship building takes time

DON'T:

  • ❌ Join and immediately drop links

  • ❌ Post the same message in multiple groups

  • ❌ Ignore group rules

  • ❌ Get defensive when challenged

  • ❌ Promise returns or guarantees

  • ❌ Spam or repeat yourself

  • ❌ DM people without permission

Responding to Common Questions

"What's the token utility?"

T420 tokens are used for zone license staking, supplier priority, governance, and protocol fees. When robotaxi fleets operate, payments flow through the protocol.

"Why Solana?"

Speed and cost. Fleet operations need instant settlement and micro-transactions. Solana's sub-second finality and $0.00025 fees make daily operations practical.

"Is the team doxxed?"

Founder (Zane) is public — ran vehicle fleets in South Africa, verifiable experience. Building in public with weekly updates on Twitter.

"When exchange listing?"

Post-presale. Focus is on building utility first, exchange second. Specific timeline TBD.

"Tokenomics?"

Details at learn.t420.io. Standard vesting for team/advisors. Presale has 6-month vesting.

"How is this different from [other project]?"

T420 is specifically for transport coordination infrastructure. Not competing with compute DePIN (Render) or wireless (Helium). Different vertical entirely.

Red Flags to Avoid

Groups that will waste your time:

  • Dead groups (<10 messages/day)

  • Heavily moderated (no project discussion allowed)

  • Scam-heavy groups

  • Groups where everyone is promoting, no one engaging

Signs you're doing it wrong:

  • Getting warned by admins

  • People calling you a shill

  • Your messages getting deleted

  • No engagement on your posts

Course correct by:

  • Backing off promotion for a few days

  • Increasing value-add comments

  • Asking questions instead of making statements

  • Being more selective about when to mention T420
