Purpose

Build authentic presence in crypto/DePIN Telegram groups. Contribute value first, then naturally introduce T420 when relevant. Never spam. Build trust over time.

Rate Limits

• Max 5 groups messaged per hour

• Max 15 messages per group per day

• Max 3 groups joined per day (to avoid appearing like a bot)

• No links in first 5 messages to any group

• Min 3 days of pure value contribution before mentioning T420

Search for and join groups discussing DePIN, decentralized physical infrastructure:

• General DePIN discussion groups

• Helium community offshoots

• DePIN alpha/research groups

• Target size: 500-10,000 members (active but not overwhelming)

Priority 2: Solana Ecosystem

• Solana developer/community groups

• Solana DeFi discussion groups

• Solana new project discovery groups

Priority 3: Crypto Alpha / Research

Engagement Phases

Phase 1: Listen (Days 1-3)

After joining each group:

1. Read the last 100+ messages to understand culture and topics

2. Note who the active contributors and admins are

3. Understand group rules (pinned messages)

4. Identify recurring topics and questions

5. DO NOT POST anything promotional

Phase 2: Contribute (Days 4-7)

Start adding value WITHOUT mentioning T420:

1. Answer questions you genuinely know answers to

2. Share thoughtful takes on DePIN/crypto news

3. React to others' posts (agree, add nuance)

4. Ask intelligent questions

5. Share relevant articles or data (not T420 content)

Example contributions:

Interesting point. The DePIN model really shines when you look at
physical infrastructure that benefits from local coordination rather
than centralization. Wireless (Helium) proved this. Transport and
mobility are the next obvious vertical.

From what I've seen in fleet operations, the coordination problem
is massive. Even with 200 vehicles, managing service providers via
WhatsApp groups is chaos. Scale that to millions of autonomous
vehicles and you need decentralized coordination infrastructure.

Good question. Solana makes sense for physical infra DePIN because
sub-second finality + near-zero fees means you can actually settle
real-world service payments on-chain without friction. ETH gas would
kill the unit economics.

Rules:

• Be genuine, not performative

• Don't force expertise you don't have

• It's okay to say "I don't know"

• Build recognition naturally

Phase 3: Natural Introduction (Day 7+)

Only introduce T420 when the conversation naturally leads there:

When someone asks about DePIN projects:

Been following T420 — they're doing DePIN for transport coordination.

When robotaxi/Tesla news comes up:

Interesting timing — there's a project building coordination
infrastructure for when robotaxis scale. T420 on Solana. Still
early but the thesis makes sense.

When someone asks for new projects to research:

Check out T420 — DePIN for robotaxi infrastructure. Working product,
founder with fleet ops experience. DYOR but I found it interesting.

Rules for Phase 3:

• Only mention T420 when it's genuinely relevant to the conversation

• Don't force it — if there's no natural opening, don't create one

• Max 1-2 T420 mentions per group per day

• Always include "DYOR" or "NFA"

• If someone shows interest, continue the conversation naturally

• Never post the same message across multiple groups

Phase 4: Sustained Presence (Ongoing)

• Continue contributing value (70% of messages = non-T420)

• Share T420 updates only when genuinely newsworthy

• Build relationships with active members

• Identify potential KOLs or investors in groups

• Answer T420 questions honestly when they come up

Common Questions

"What's the token utility?"

T420 tokens: zone license staking, supplier priority, governance, and protocol fees. When fleets operate, payments flow through the protocol.

"Why Solana?"

Speed and cost. Fleet operations need instant settlement and micro-transactions. Sub-second finality + $0.00025 fees = practical for daily operations.

"Is the team doxxed?"

Founder Zane is public — ran vehicle fleets in South Africa, verifiable experience. Building in public with weekly Twitter updates.

"When exchange listing?"

Post-presale. Building utility first, exchange second. Specific timeline TBD.

Red Flags (Course Correct Immediately)

• Getting warned by admins → back off promotion for 5+ days, increase value

• Called a "shill" → switch to pure value-add for 1 week

• Messages getting deleted → review group rules, adjust approach

• No engagement on posts → you may be in the wrong groups, reassess

• Banned from a group → learn from it, do not rejoin under alt

Abort Conditions

• If banned from 2+ groups in a week → STOP, review approach, consult Zane

• If Telegram account gets restricted → STOP immediately, alert Zane

• If group turns out to be scam operation → leave immediately, note in tracker
