T420 is community-owned robotaxi fleet infrastructure on Solana. We
combine DePIN mechanics with RWA tokenization so communities can own,
operate, and earn from autonomous vehicle service networks. Our

provider networks in their area. When robotaxis scale, the

Project Description (Long — 300 words):

T420 is building decentralized infrastructure for community-owned
robotaxi fleets on Solana. As autonomous vehicles scale from thousands
to millions, the coordination infrastructure for fleet services —
maintenance, charging, tires, emergency response — becomes a massive
opportunity. Currently, only mega-corporations can afford this
infrastructure. T420 democratizes access.

Our platform stack includes:
- FleetOS: Coordination platform connecting fleet managers with
  service providers. Currently in beta with real users. Features
  include one-tap service requests, WhatsApp magic link notifications,
  real-time status tracking, and supplier relationship management.
- Robo-Hub: AI-powered B2B marketplace for fleet services
- Robo-Dapp: Fleet dashboard for KPIs, governance, and token economics

The T420 model works through zone licenses. Local entrepreneurs
("Shepherds") stake tokens to claim geographic zones. They build and
manage networks of local service providers. When autonomous vehicles
in their zone need service, the request routes through FleetOS, the
supplier completes the work, and payment settles on Solana. Revenue
splits: 42% Shepherd, 42% Suppliers, 16% Protocol.

Why now: Tesla FSD is improving rapidly, Waymo is expanding, and
regulatory frameworks are evolving. The first major robotaxi
deployments are expected 2025-2027. T420 is building the coordination
infrastructure now so communities are ready when demand arrives.

Why Solana: Sub-second finality and $0.00025 transaction fees make
daily operational payments practical. Solana's thriving DePIN
ecosystem (Helium, Render, Hivemapper) provides ecosystem support.
